how it works

arrive
enjoy
Once your 60 minute session has been booked, we recommend arriving about 10 minutes before your session begins to get yourself ready for the experience.
After that, you can use your session how you like. Our perfect session would be 15 minutes in the sauna to start with, followed by a ten minute dook in the water, and another 15 minutes in the sauna. We don’t recommend spending any longer than 15 minutes in the sauna at a time, and make sure to drink plenty of water, you’ll be doing a lot of sweating!
Now, let's talk perks! Hot and cold therapy—no PhD required. It's all about giving your body a little temperature rollercoaster for some serious TLC. Here's why it's the coolest (and hottest) thing you'll do today:
improved circulation
Jumping between hot and cold temps gets those blood vessels doing a happy dance, boosting circulation. Translation? Your muscles get more oxygen and nutrients, making recovery from exercise or injuries a breeze.
Say goodbye to post-workout soreness! Hot and cold therapy is like a magic trick for reducing swelling and flushing out those pesky waste products that hang around in your tissues. Athletes, take note!
Feeling a bit under the weather? Hot and cold therapy can give your immune system a little pep talk, rallying the troops to fight off those germs. Who needs a superhero cape when you've got temperature changes on your side?
Achy joints and muscles, meet your match! Hot and cold therapy has been hailed as a pain-relief powerhouse, offering a soothing escape from conditions like arthritis, fibromyalgia, and those pesky sports injuries.
Feeling stressed? The contrast between temperatures can trigger a flood of feel-good endorphins in your brain, leaving you as chill as a cucumber. Stress, who?
We’re sure you will leave in a better mood than when you turn up!
