enjoy

Once your 60 minute session has been booked, we recommend arriving about 10 minutes before your session begins to get yourself ready for the experience.

After that, you can use your session how you like. Our perfect session would be 15 minutes in the sauna to start with, followed by a ten minute dook in the water, and another 15 minutes in the sauna. We don’t recommend spending any longer than 15 minutes in the sauna at a time, and make sure to drink plenty of water, you’ll be doing a lot of sweating!

Please be aware that we don’t have any changing facilities at our current site, so it makes sense to come sauna ready.

Your swimming costume and a towel are the essentials here. We also recommend bringing sandals or some neoprene socks if you fancy a dip in the loch, and a big bottle of water.

Keep your breeks on. We’re not that kind of sauna, swimming costumes must be worn at all times.

Jewellery should not be worn inside the sauna. Jewellery can become very hot!

Glasses may be damaged by the intense heat of the sauna - we recommend removing them before you enter.

Consult your GP before taking part in the experience if you have any underlying medical conditions or are using any prescription drugs.

Nae weans – Hot Tottie is open to over 18s only, as we prioritise safety and comfort.

•  If you’re taking a dip in the loch or the river, you do so at your own risk. It’s no surprise that the temperatures can be extremely cold and that currents can be unpredictable. It is your responsibility to make sure that you can swim and that you are prepared for exposure to the cold.

The sauna heater can reach extremely high temperatures and is designed to generate intense heat within the sauna.

Be aware that the sauna's interior is designed with limited space, and movement within the sauna may be restricted. Take extra care when moving around inside, especially in narrow areas. We recommend proceeding slowly and avoiding sudden movements to prevent accidental injury from the heater or any other surfaces.

Avoid direct contact with the heater or any surrounding surfaces that may become hot during use. Severe burns or injury may occur if safety precautions are not followed.

We have the right to refuse access if we believe that you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Your safety and the safety of others is paramount, and refunds will not be issued to any persons refused entry due to safety concerns.

If you have to cancel your booking, you can do so up to 36 hours before your session starts for a full refund. Any bookings cancelled within 36 hours cannot be refunded.

•  Its unlikely that we will have to cancel your booking, but if we do, we will notify you beforehand and provide you with a full refund.

Parking Notice.

When you visit us, please use Luss Main or Luss South car parks only.

No parking in the village, cheers!

The sauna is located around 10 minutes walking distance from either car park.
